- UPDATE 8/1/23: If you are age 21 or over and hold a valid driver's license from any other US state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana, or Canada, you are not required to pass the Class D knowledge exam. - If you are under age 21, your out of state license is expired, regardless of your age, or you hold a driver's license from any other foreign jurisdiction, you are required to pass the Class D knowledge exam. (Identity documents are still required. Review HERE.)
- Please review document requirements carefully. You will not be able to test if you do not have required documents.
